Can I combine several jobs in one enquiry?
Yes. List everything in the project description and choose the service that covers the main part of the work, or "Other / not sure". We will go through the whole list with you.
Who supplies the materials?
That depends on the job and is agreed before any work starts. Tell us about materials you already have or would like to use, and we will talk through the options when we discuss the scope.
How is the scope of a project agreed?
We start from the details you send, ask any questions we need and arrange a visit if it helps. The scope is then set out in writing with your quote before work begins.
When can work start?
Start dates depend on the size of the job and our current workload, so timing is confirmed when we discuss your enquiry. A preferred date in the form helps us plan, but it is not a confirmed booking.
