Terms of use

Unless otherwise specified, the terms in this section apply generally when using this website. By using this website, you confirm that:

Estimates and project agreements

Free estimates

Estimates are free and come with no obligation to hire us. You can book an estimate in person or, where the project allows it, a virtual estimate based on a video call and the photos, measurements and information you provide.

What an estimate is

An estimate is our good-faith assessment of the scope and price of your project, based on what we could see and what you told us. A virtual estimate may need to be confirmed by a site visit before work begins, because hidden conditions (for example damage behind walls or under floors) can change the scope. An estimate is valid for the period stated on it.

Project agreements

Work starts only after you accept a written estimate or sign a project agreement. That document sets out the scope, price, payment schedule, timing, permits and warranty for your project, and it prevails over anything on this website. Changes to the work are agreed in writing before they are carried out.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry, a finance enquiry or a request through this website does not create a contract and does not reserve a date or a price.

Financing

Financing is provided by third-party lenders, not by AMANA Partners. All financing is subject to credit approval by the lender (WAC: with approved credit), and not every applicant will qualify.

Financing offers we advertise, such as 0% APR for 20 months and 7.9% APR for up to 10 years , are subject to the lender's approval and terms. Rates, terms, down payment and minimum project amounts are set by the lender, may change without notice and may vary with your credit profile.

The finance enquiry on this website is not a credit application and does not involve a credit check. If you apply, the application, credit decision and loan agreement are between you and the lender, under the lender's terms and privacy policy.

The Payment Estimator is a planning tool. Its results are illustrative only, are not an offer of credit and are not a guarantee of any rate, payment or approval.

Payments

Payment amounts and due dates are those set out in your estimate or project agreement. The Credit Card Payment page links to a payment page hosted by a third-party payment provider. Payments are processed independently by that provider; this website does not collect your card details and only receives confirmation once a payment has been completed.

If a payment fails or is refused by the payment provider, we are not obliged to start or continue the related work until payment is received, and we may recover any related costs as allowed by your project agreement and applicable law. For any payment question, contact support@74amana.com.

Information and photos you send us

When you send us an enquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share any photos you upload. You allow us to use them to respond to you, prepare your estimate and carry out your project. We do not publish your photos without your separate permission. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Reviews

The reviews on our Reviews page come from real customers and are published with their permission, as written (we may shorten them without changing their meaning). We do not pay for reviews or publish reviews written by our staff. If you would like your review removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Liability and indemnification

Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Use of the website is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all conditions, representations and warranties about the website, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither AMANA Partners nor its affiliates, officers, employees or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, this website. This includes damage caused by unauthorized access to the website, interruptions, errors or omissions in content, or viruses transmitted through it by third parties.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. They do not apply to the extent prohibited by law.

Venue

Any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Galveston County, Texas, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Amicable dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, please talk to us first. Your right to take legal action is not affected. Send a short description of the problem, with your project or payment details if any, to info@74amana.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days and will work with you in good faith to put it right.
